Need help with changing the planning period.

I hope this is an easy questions for the veterans here I inherited this part from a coworker, and I am at a loss on where this stuff is.  Schedules and stuff already exist, so I don’t need to create anything from scratch.

What I want to do is change the planning period to 4 weeks (or more if it is a 5 week month), and/or have the ability to change the “mode”

We have 2 sites and while under the agent-extended 1 site shows Mode: 1 week and Planning period  (which is only showing 2 weeks at a time), and the other site, the mode is grey out so I cannot even look at planning period.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this, I have access to WFM WS; Config Mngr and Config utility.

Again I am pretty new to this, so if you could dumb it down as best you can I would realllyyy appreciate it.
