I have a customer who wants a report indicating start and stop times of predictive dialing, elapsed run time, and calls taken by agent while dialer is active and running. Can anyone offer advice on where to find these stats, if they exist in canned reporting?

  • I do not think you can do it with a report that comes with CCA.
    At least I have not seen it.
