In OCS log, do you see any attempts to open DataStream to StatServer? From another side, do you see anything like that in StatServer log?

StatServer has to be in connections of CampaignGroup.

Do you have in OCS log following messages:
DataStream opened,
DataStream Subscription opened,
DataStream Action sent?

After Long Searching i notice that i did't create communiction DN for OCS to send statistics to stat server
Steps
Open the Switch object and select the DNs tab
Create New DN
Enter any name , Type: Select the Communication DN type from the drop-down menu.
On the Options tab, create a default section.
In the default section, create an outbound_contact_server option with value true
Click Save and Close.
Thanks for your effort
