Force Outbound Campaign to dial in Progressive/Predictive

Hi,

We are using Genesys Contact Manger and Configuration 7.6

We are carrying out internal tests whereby we need to force the dialler a campaign/calling list WITHOUT any agents present in the agent group or logged.

It would be nice if I could set the progressive_blending_reserved_agents to '-1' but I know that will not work.

Can anyone help or have any idea how to make this possible.

Well I can only guess that you are trying to do a notification system. you have 2 options only:

1. login a dummy agent without a person and make a softphone to cut the call as soon as it arrives to the extension

2. implement an IVR integration like GVP for example so its ports become the agents and OCS will dial and send the call to the IVR and prompt the desired message
