Genesys Solution design, implementation of Genesys 8 solutions into new and existing clients; enhancements of existing Genesys deployments.  You must be an experienced Genesys Consultant/Technical Specialist with hands-on experience of multiple, large scale Genesys environments, systems design, implementation and integration.

Broad knowledge of the Genesys 8 product suite, with particular interest in SIP Server 8.0, iWS and Interactive Insights / InfoMart.  Good written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem solving skills. Self confidence, self motivated. Current UK driving licence.

•   Genesys SIP Server 8.x
•   GIM / Interactive Insights 8.x / InfoMart 
•   Interaction Workspace / iWS
•   Genesys Conversation Manager
•   Genesys CIM Platform
•   Genesys Voice
•   Genesys eServices
•   Genesys Voice Platform (IVR)
•   Virtual Hold for Genesys
•   Genesys intelligent Workload Distribution
•   Genesys Workforce Management
•   Genesys Desktop
•   Genesys Customer Interaction Portal

Excellent opportunity with leading systems integrator. A UK consulting role, so flexibility to travel and current drivers licence are pre-requisites to the role
