Genesys Solution design, implementation of Genesys 8 solutions into new and existing clients; enhancements of existing Genesys deployments. You must be an experienced Genesys Consultant/Technical Specialist with hands-on experience of multiple, large scale Genesys environments, systems design, implementation and integration.
Broad knowledge of the Genesys 8 product suite, with particular interest in SIP Server 8.0, iWS and Interactive Insights / InfoMart. Good written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem solving skills. Self confidence, self motivated. Current UK driving licence.
