Hello All

We need a solution how we will configure that

"Add email funciton in VoiceMail strategy, when VoiceMail comes in, send an email to Supervisor."

What function we have to use to send the email to supervisor

Do you have a more detailed description of the requirement? How is VM implemented in the first place? Is this an IRD question?

By the way, I know IRD has a Send Email function in Multimedia section, but I've never had to use urs/ird for multimedia..
