I would try to explain exactly the poblem,
Case 1)
a) I create on DMA for instance a new custom layout template called Agent_MKG
b) From this layout I create a report layout called Agent Custom MKG
c) Data Source runs properly and on ETL Assistant I see data transferred properly from ODS to Datamart
d) Through RGA I select as Folder Agent Custom MKG.........and select canned report for Genesys to create the sections I will use.
e) As you told the report section appears as a blank page, it's ok, no problem, and the Report Assistant section appears so I can select date and object to create the report
f) I drag the appropiate pivots containing the statistics I need to the report itself
Case 2)
I follow the steps from a) to d) exactly in the same way as Case 1)but now for a Queue Custom layout, HERE I'm sure is the problem...because when Genesys calculates the values for the sections on most of the cases it losts the references and shows sometimes a "Table alias doesn't exist" error and the Report Assistant section doesn't appear so I cannot select a date and the object so I don't have this menu for the supervisor to create the report.
