GVP IVR Profile Usage Limits

Hello,

Does anyone know what the maximum usage limit is for an IVR profile - using GVP 8.1.2 (RM).
We are trying to change the usage-limits figure, SIP server is still displaying the usage limit exceeded error based on the original figure.
Is there a limit?
Does the resource manager require a restart therefore not an immediate change?

I don't think there's a limit. I think if it's set to zero, there's no limit whatsoever.
What error do you get in SIP Server? It's very likely not to be having to do with the IVR profile limit.

Last time I've checked RM below 8.1.4 had issues with refreshing configuration after changes

Interestingly, SIP Server reports an RM error; double check RM logs and restart RM would be my advice

in the GVP before 8.1.4 there ia a refresh bug...you must restart the RM after change the usage-limit.

as told by FRA if you let it set to 0 you will have no limits whatsoever, but i don't know if there is another bug there. try to increase to another number that supply your needs or just change to 0.

but do not forget to restart the RM.

Restarting RM did the trick.
