Hello,

Does ccpulse (v8) have the ability to display month to date stats in real time?
We use current day only where the stats reset at midnight however have been asked if it is possible to do this AND display current month statistics too (ie calls answered this month).
Using statserver 8.1.

thanks.

::) That is Historical PFCCWA...I'm curious about your questions lol...sometimes you look more expert than others... :/
Historical has to do with ETL DataMart not StatServer directly...
So yes, you should be able, check CCPulse guide on how to enable historical reports on it.

Cheers

Maybe it is possible, if you use the Sliding Timeprofile as default on your SS.

[TimeProfiles]
SlidingMonth,Sliding =2678400 :3600

You must specify the "Notification Frequency" carefully, because if  it is too small  it causes Stat Server performance degradation (maybe out of memory).
Set the statistics notification mode to "Changebased" in CCP

Hope this help.....

I mean that all real-time stats have time to reset equal to 24 hours format.
