GQM Recording Installation

Hi

When we do multiserver installation for Zoom/Genesys Call recording, do we need to install all the applications in all servers and configure it in Web UI? When i selected the multiserver installation and it didnt ask for other servers and what components to be installed there. Any help will be appreciated.

You do not need to install all components, but the easy way how to achieve is to install full package/all necessary components on single server and just disable services, which may run on other server. Of course, you need to configure it through webUI or configuration files within /etc/callrec/.

If you are not familiar with GQM product and his installation, contact your PS or ZOOM guys and ask him for help.

My steps in general are:

1. Install full GQM/ZQM ISO
2. Run the setup and within the setup determine which components will be located on that server
3. Same procedure for other servers where the rest of components will run
4. Update configuration and change the IP addresses of each component to the relevant/real-life values
5. Restart of entire suite (all server in record cluster)

but, as you know of course, each installation is little bit special and may require different approach.

Thank yiu. We have installed in 3 servers and installation is completed. But now the recordings are failing and core log says below. Please tell me whether you have seen this.

I think that the error is clear to understand. What is the root cause of the error/issue depends on many details and information, which we don't know. Try to explain in what scenarion/step the recording failed, is the issue common for recorded interaction?The database part was created properly?
