Saop Web service Error

Hello,
I'm using a web service in a  genesys Strategy and i have this error in the logs : Error in message from HTTP Bridge, refid=2: 0013 Remote error
Could any one know what does it mean ?

I already tested the sweb service with soapUI and it work perfectly

Check the error on web server site or try to sniff the communication to see what is the response from the web server - it should be caused by certificates problem.

HttpBridge just can not connect to web server (using provided URL).
Could you validate that webserver is running, etc - in other words that any other application can connect to web server using the same URL?

@cavagnaro: I'm not a genesys guy, i'm just using a genesys VM.
@terry: the url works with soapui

I tried to sniff the communication with wireshark ,  i can see a call from genesys to the distant Web Service but there is no response, i tested the same distant web service with soapUI and it works. Could anyone  have an idea why the call to the same web service works with soapui and not from the Strategie ?

I tried also to add the options def_http_proxy_host and def_http_proxy_port, always the same  error in the logs  ..

But looks like there is no certificate, certificate key , etc:

Is mysite.com your mask while posting? Or real URL?
