CCpulse template

hi,
   I have created a ccpulse template for group of queues. I then imported that template to another ccpulse and tried it to use for virtual queues. But, the template is not shown... It is shown only for group of queues. Can i create it for group of queues?

I know what you're referring to, when you created the template, the object selected for this was 'Group of Queues'. What you need to do is on the CCPulse where you imported it, you'll need to open it under Template Wizard, select Group of Queues and Virtual Queues, open up the template using 'Modify Selected Template', and just save it by hitting Finish.

Once this is done you should be able to see the template available when attempting to create a view for virtual queues.
