Hi ,

If i can raise a ticket with genesys, asking for kazimar,sip visulizer,myzamir , can they give us?without any charge..
or again my client has to pay some amount..or is it a straight forward request, which i can raise?

Raja, those tools are.free without support. Meaning, you get them and use them on your own risk and knowledge.
They are available for download

Only Genesys trainings are available, you need to work for a Genesys partner to be eligible for training.
