I am trying to call agent, it gets routed but when I try to accept it , it says client application is requesting a function this is not supported by Tserver 4012@voice..
It was working fine but now , is it a sip server issue or IWS.

check DN configuration, if there is an option "sip-cti-control" configured with value "talk, hold"

Search the SIP Server deployment guide for this option, it needs to be set on all SIP Server extensions.

The options you list depends on what type of endpoint you are using.  In my environment using the Genesys SIP Endpoint, we set "talk, hold, dtmf".

Shifting to 8.5 workspace desktop edition, call pop up not received by Workspace desktop edition. Any idea guys?

We've given you the answer already.

Workspace 8.5 or 8.1 makes no difference, the sip-cti-control option needs to be set correctly for your endpoint.  Search the SIP Server deployment guide for the required values.

Are you operating only with SIP?  No other switch or phones involved?
