Hi all,

        I have a doubt. In genesys platform We are able to register xlite with same extension in multiple systems. How to restrict that to work with only one system. Please kindly help me with this....

If both system users knows the password again this problem will occur. I need a solution like sip server need to check the registered extension first then it need to allow for new registration.

Is it possible with Xlite. ??? ??? ??? ???

And why both would know the password??? You are asking a tech solution for a human problem. Xlite is just a client, on SIP basis, it can't be done. A successful register is valid, no matter how many points it has.

There are many situations where multiple registrations is a valid scenario, so there is unlikely to be anything in configuration to stop that happening.

As cav said, your problem is behavioural not technical, I suggest a big stick with which to beat them, a few bruises will quickly solve the problem. ;)
