  • Avaya has good hardware, Genesys excellent software. It's a huge acquisition.. !
    I wonder if Genesys will keep their partnership with AudioCodes if they have Avaya's GW to sell..

  • Genesys are bolstering their offering, waiting for Microsoft.  A lot of R&D has gone into Skype integration.  With ININ *and* Avaya... well...
