Try changing the WDE application option "interaction-workspace\email.quote-header" to the value "On <date>, <contact>(<from>) wrote:" (without the quotes). You should need to close and re-open WDE.

When we forward an email, the original sender's email address does not show but only the name (no email address,and no hyperlink) that the recipient receives. Is there any setting that would allow orginal sneder's address to be displayed in forwarded email.

Hello,

We have set up Audio Resources in GAX v9.0 and use it for both announcements and music.
At the moment i am creating the message and importing the wav file as and when it is needed.

Is it possible to create the messages in bulk? we are looking to essentially reserve a range for different purposes so was thinking of creating 100 dummy messages then import wav file after or when it is needed.

Currently it is a manual process of creating one message at a time so wondered if there was a quicker option.

Thank you very much for your support. I provided Framawork upgrade and editing.
But at this point when i put try cath i get error

This is causing a lot of trouble. WebView2 Tool installation is not installed separately on user computers for a different issue. Do you have any idea for this?

I saw the tech tutorial and found out how the sip proxy determines the direction.
If the Via header matches the SIP Server, it is sent to the outside, otherwise it is sent to the SIP Server.

In my case, Via Header conatains 'sip.hmc.co.kr'
and Configuration options 'sip-address-srv=sip.hmc.co.kr'
Perhaps the SIP Proxy cannot do SRV Resolution.

Removed the option and routed normally.

HI, i have a little problem.
when using sip proxy, sip message looping.

M/G -> SIP Proxy (INVITE)
SIP Proxy -> SIP Server (INVITE)
SIP Server -> SIP Proxy (INVITE destination endpoint)

but, sip proxy doesn't send to endpoint. always send sip server, then loop
