Title: Auto Start Campaigns

Hi All,

We are facing an issue on OCS preview campaigns. Whenever the server restarted for an activity, the campigns need to manually load and start. We can crate a schedule for capaign but it will work on configured time only rather than if server/service restart.

Is there any possibilty that campaign will automaticall load and start if server/service restarted ?

Hi,

Not for manually controlled campaigns,  but if you configure outbound schedules to control your campaigns then when the server is restarted the schedule will catch up with any commands it was due to run, starting any campaigns that should be started.
