Title: Action codes for WDE application

Hi ,

I have two WDE application used by different business lines. I want to apply a custom action code to only of the WDE application. How could I do that?

Currently the custom action codes created reflects to both WDE applications. I want it to be restricted only to one application.

You can create two custom views, and depending on wich application are the agent loged, show one or another.

Do you mean by WDE customisation or is there any way to avoid control this WDE options in CME?

I mean, with WDE Customization, you can do whatever you want.

But... if i´m not wrong... and if you want... You can modify the visible call results, and action codes. You can have two apps and modify call results to see by agent, and disposition codes.
