Title: Real-Time Data access

My requirement is to get real-time data access for each queue and overall summary data.  Is there a way to push this information out in real-time?

URS SOAP Bridge?  The GetStatistics method for a given target list and a statistic list will return the statistics for the targets. The WSDL for the SOAP interface is found in a static file named GUR.wsdl that is included in the installation package for URS.
