Title: Genesys CTI is not working with TCP communication from source

We are facing issue for Genesys CTI. We are sending UUI data in TCP form  from source. It was working before without TCP but from when we changed source to TCP, CTI is not working. Is there any change required at Genesys end if source sending data in TCP?? Please help resolving this issue..
