Hi Friends,
I need to dial records in Predictive mode without an agent. Is there any way to start Predictive dialing without agent? Kindly help me.

Do you need to start a predictive campaign without agents, or do you need to be able to make outbound calls without agents? If you need to be able to make calls and want them to be handled by a routing strategy, you can use the URS Web API to initiate the call and send it to a route point (RequestMakePredictiveCall)
