Title: Enddate is not capturing or updating into UCS DB

Hi Friends,
I am a new bee, directly into production environment.
Can anyone please help me if you have came across the same scenario in your past.

Scenario:
1.Customer mailed from outside world to support
2.agent handled the email
3.interaction closed for the mail
[b]But,
[i]In ucs the status is 3[/i],and the[u] Enddate is null[/u]
i.e., [font=arial black]Email Enddate is not getting updated into ucs db,[/font] even after the interaction is closed.

what can be the issue?
what all i need to check?
where i need to check?
