Title: How to enable or display the search in my workbin and my team workbin?

Hi ,
    i have enabled my roles like can search in workbin and my team workbin .but i will not display the search.when workbin is empty it will display search box.i don't know why. pls suggest me...

Only through the customization or you can open a FR# with Genesys.
