Team,
We are not able to connect to the Genesys Applications. While logging in to the application it throws the error message as .
[b]The specified configuration server cannot be found.Check the host name and port[/b]. [b]Note[/b]: The configuration server has been started.

you've put in the wrong Host Name or Port into the login page

The issue has been resolved. It has been database problem.
