I have one VM running genesys components and we are using orchectrator and composer.
When placing a call between 2 agents running IWS and eye beam call is dropped after 32 sec.
please I need your help just to guide me if we are missing any configuration

Logs...check your server configuration based on name resolution, you need correct DNS server names configuration or just use IP address

I cant paste the logs file it is exceeding the quota allowed where i can attach the logs to check it if u don't mind?

Hi,
32s is a magic number (T1) in the SIP world! I suspect that there is no response to the SIP INVITE or something like that. Run a Wireshark trace and capture SIP traffic to diagnose further.

Attach them to a public storage site which don't require user registration. Then someone can download it easily

Hey,
looks like SIP reply does not have the right URI. Thus, it is dropping the call.

Try enabling G.711 on eye beam.
