Title: Virtual agent group based on agent status

Hi All,

I need to create a VAG which contains only agent with not ready status (with reasons) in order to display the list of these agent in pulse dashboard. Can any one

help me ?

This not possible at this moment (filtering based on status)

That sounds more like a reporting need, you create a filter and apply to a group. VAG are used for routing.

I have already created a filter for the agent group and it's working but  all the agents in the group are shown even those who have ready status. I want only to  display the list of the agent on a lunch break . Any ideas ?

Create a threshold to Hide them from the objects pane when their Status is other than NotReady

I am working with pulse not ccpulse. Is that possible?

Ohhhh you are screwed lol :P Sorry, don't know a way on Pulse.
