I want to create a IVR callflow from scratch using the existing template in Composer. Where can I put the .wav file in the project.
Any more help on creating IVR callflow in composer is welcome.
Please provide any link which can help me in the coding.

You can use the standard documentation which is available for partners and customers. Or, in case you are familiar with VoiceXML in general, you do not have to use the Composer at all.

Resources folder, under each language you define.
As Kubig suggests, read the documentation and help files to understand what exactly you need to do for each language your app supports.
