Hi
We have an Avaya G3 v9 connected to TServer 6.5. Recently the DNIS in the TServer logs has started to show the text name from the PBX instead of the number. Has anyone seen this before?
If so what can I do to switch back to number.
Cheers

You need to have your PBX technician change the settings.
TServer only shows the DNIS information received from ASAI it does not interpret DNIS or rename it.

Steve,
Had the same thing once. In our case, it was caused by some 'imaginative' routing implemented by our switch 'technician'... Definity switch.
To get a trunklogger working, calls were coming into the switch normally, then being sent to agents via a different trunk on the same switch (which had the trunk logger on it). In this case, DNIS was showing as the name of the VDN which contained the vector that was sending the calls to the second trunk...
Don't know if this helps you, but as fr00gy says it's definitely something on your switch...
Cheers
Alan
