Title: Config changes not reflecting in ICON DB and Infomart DB

Hi All,

The changes what ever we make to person object in CME is not reflecting in ICON DB as well as infomart DB. It is updated in CFG DB.
Because of this the reports are not displaying the correct name for the agents.
We restarted the DB server ICON application to see if it will reestablish the connection. But we ended up with the below error.

WARNING: Unable to bind server to 4051, rebind scheduled in 10 seconds

Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated.

That port is already used, configure it correctly with a free port.
