i am new to the whole CTI and contact centre knowledge, but i find it very interesting and challenging.
i have some questions about GVP:
1-what are the required DNs' types to make GVP works for inbound/outbound calls?
2-is it ok if i created more than one DN of the same type(ie: Voice over IP Service)?
3-what are the required DN configurations and from where can i import them?
4-what are the resources that can help me to know how to read the log files of each component?
i really appreciate your patience and share of your knowledge and experience....thanks.
