Title: Twostep cold Transfer Call to ACD queue - Tserver Error 629-Reorder/denial

Can anyone help me with option to implement cold transfer to a Queue without any ready agent... I know we are seeing the Reorder/denial error "629" is because an agent is trying to complete a transfer before the call has been established. but looking for a work around
