Title: How to Start Genesys Development

Hi Guys,

I am new to Genesys. I am basically from .Net background developer and want learn Genesys Development. Please guide the right way to learn and start developing through Genesys SDK.

Also I need to know, how to setup my system to play with Genesys and where to download.

Please guide me.

Genesys is an Enterprise Platform, available by license to customers and partners - it is not "App" available as a public download.  There are resources online but these are generally reserved for Genesys Developers working for a partner or customer.

I heard that when Googled. Currently I'm working in company who has partner account in Genesys. So I can get the credentials from them and download. Please tell me what to download and where to download. I'll try and setup a platform first.

If you work for a BP then ask for them to your Genesys manager or Genesys expert so he can guide you exactly what your company need.
