Title: "The agent is already handling the specified interaction" issue

Hi, just found this great Forum. Hope I won't bother you with a newbie question. Our agent has got this error message (screen attached) when he accepted an inbound email. It's Interaction Workspace.

Can anybody help me where to begin?

Weird
Seems IXN thinks he already has that email with him. Try a WDE reset or a IXN in worst scenario

Can it hapoen that your interaction database is slow? Possibly ixn server logs can help. Maybe there multiple accept of same interaction occured.
