Hi guys,
How can I save historical data for chat?
In the strategy at route interaction properties a selected my variable which has the VQ name but there is no information >:(
Any ideas?

Chat is yet another eservices interaction. You must have something wrong done. Check ixn server log. It must distribute event to reporting engine. Then check the reporting engine logs. It must receive it.
