Title: Genesys UCMA Connector For Skype For Business

Hi All,

Is there anybody who worked on Genesys Skype For Business ?

I need UCMA connector template. I have installation package but template is not there and unfortunately I do have Skype for business in my downloads.

would be very thankful if somebody can share only template.

Yes, Skype For Business is up and running.

I didn't find the template on Genesys downloads. But after reading the multiple  docs, I got to know that UCMA Connector do not have template - It uses 3rd Party Template.

Now atleast my Genesys is integrated with SFB with presence management  8)
