				Hi ,
In the WDE desktop , I want to display the Dialpad for both PSTN and SIP based calls .  This works fine for SIP based calls but for PSTN based agents (TDM) as the call is accepted the dial pad is not shown . Is there any reason ? 
I could assign the workspace privilege against the role as GA is not listing the workspace privilege when I click the Role privilege tab in GA. 
Could anybody help ?
