Title: BEP Announcement-Special day and Announcement-Closed issue

i am configuring the Business Edition Premise routing parameters and the Announcements for the defined special day and closed day is not playing...instead it just gives ringing without playing any audio file.
i tried all the scenarios and i can't find the reason that make these announcement don't play.

Check the audio file parameters - sometimes they get mismatched if you have edited them offline; type, bit rate, bit depth etc. - check against requirements in documentation.

can you give me the audio files specifications that may work in BEP solution, because i have searched alot and i can't find these specifications in any document.

8000hz and wav compression.
There is a post here about GVP audio files, follow same rule.
Also check at GVP user guide, more detailed in there.
