Hi,
I have installed CCPulse. Real time reporting is working fine. But the historical view is disabled in CCPulse.
I have configured the connections Statserver, Configuration server , Datasource db server, datamart ETL.
Kindly let me know how to enable the historical view in ccpulse and let me know if i missed anything.

Check Dbserver logs. Won't work neither if something is wrong with DB connection...
Adam, how? By default when you add the Etl you are enabling the historical views...
Check also that, on ccpulse app you need only connection to StatServer and Etl

Apologies - I was being obtuse. :)
Check also App permissions for the user - need access to the associated historical reporting apps/elements

I have tried giving connection (Datamart DAP), still it does not work.
Do we need to run ETL runtime to enable historical view? Please guide.

False, CCPulse just need a connection to ETL application, this Etl application does have a DAP connection to DM DB. Please don't confuse the user ;)
As said, please verify logs of dbserver

I have added Datamart ETL this time, it is working fine. Thanks for your support.
