Have an agent who took 20+ calls.
i checked the t-server to make sure he actually received the calls. I see event ringing status has been updated with stat server in the t-server logs.
where as ccpulse doesn't update the same thing in the report

real time or historical?
have you monitored agent real time?
is agent registered at correct DN?
have you looked at an extension view real time to make sure they match?
