Title: Historical Data Purge

Hello All,

I am new to Genesys, have used ININ and Aspect suites for a very long time.

Have started in a new company with Genesys and have been using it for almost 8 months now.

Issues I have is that the historical data has never been normalised and instead kept in Spreadsheets, so I have to use spreadsheets to forecast.

I would like to purge existing historical data and reimport last 2 years of normalised data to start fresh.

Has anyone done this? Is it even possible or is there any other solution apart from going back and applying overlays to data that iam not familiar with?

Are you talking about Workforce Management (WfM) Data Imports?
