Title: Planning to give GCP8 Inbound voice certification

HI All,

I am planning to give GCP8 for voice inbound. I have total 3 years ef experience working in Genesys support for inbound voice. Can some one tell me that what are the key area which I need to focus more to complete this certification ?

My current organization can help me register for the exam and can pay exam fees but could not arrange the training session as they have very limited seats and only for senior people.

Need assistance if any one can share his/her experience and show me right direction.

Look at Genesys website, there's a list of course you should have followed and there's sample questions which will help to know if you're ready or not.

Personnaly, I answered the sample questions without studying and my result was over 80% so I studied for the exam and pass it.
Note: Exam questions are a little harder than the sample questions.

May I know Which exam did you wrote sir ? Any specific document which is available for Inbound voice ? Because I see deployment guide available there at genesys site which has all information but do not find any document specially for Inbound Voice.

I've taken CIV, however, the site was changed, I can't find the sample questions again...

The sample questions are in the old docs...seems new ones removed them, no clue why

Any specific document you read which covers all topic. Could you assist ? Would Framework deployment guide would be enough ? because I do not see any specific document available related CIV.

Lol no, read the required trainings, you need all of them, not just FRW deployment. There is URS and Reporting too for example.

Most questions are covered by Deployment, Sizing and Licensing Guides.
