Title: Pulse (EzPulse) Historical Reporting

Hi All,

First of all apologize for the silly questions if I asked  ;D

Do Genesys Pulse (EzPulse) support historical reporting ? As far as I know, Pulse is real-time reporting solution.

Please let me know if EzPulse really do not support Historical Reporting.
