Title: Genesys WFM Certification

Hi All,

I am preparing for "Genesys Certified Workforce Management 8.5 Consultant". Please let me know if anyone has any idea about type of questions, level of questions and if you have dump questions.

As said many times, refer to Genesys University site and download the sheet on the trainings needed there. You will find some sample questions on it too. But exams are usually harder than those.

Apart from Genesys website, do you know any other source where I can get some dump questions on this?

I once bought one of those online ready exams mostly due the curiosity on what they sold...was cheap about 50 dollars, but then they sent me a 7.6 questions and never got the 8.x ones, so they tried to provide something different in exchange, like another Exam questions. My guess is that all those guys are like that, a scam. Don't worth it. Just study using Genesys doc
Why and how would you give a Genesys certification without access to Genesys site? Not possible.
