Title: How to remove single waiting call from virtual queue URS 7.5-TServer 7.5.
Post by: Gef Buneri on April 18, 2017, 08:57:06 AM
Hi all, serached but can't find anything specific to help me with this question. Can I somehow forcedly remove a single call waiting in virtual queue? Calls are placed in queue using a "SelectDN[]" function.

Regards.

Remove...meaning? Move to another site or drop the call? Via PSDK you could by Connid but via strategy? Remember each call instance is isolated and can't interact with another calls via URS/IRD. All you can do is grab information about statistics in general via StatServer.

Just wondering about any feature in IPCMs's h.323 session manager.
