Title: Aux Codes

I am wanting to report on Aux codes but I am not sure how set this up correctly so I can report on individual not ready codes. Can anyone point me in the right direction. How do I relate the aux code to the not ready state?

What PABX system are you using? Vic had a thread running last week regarding AUX codes on an AVAYA, that would be worth a look.

I am using an Alcatel 4400. I am unsure what mask in Config etc to use when creating.
