Title: Genesys Alarms

Hi All,

We are going to configure Genesys alarms, but we need the list of Critical and Major alarms event ID's which can help us in covering all alarms and to be notified immediately via email reaction script. Please give recommendations on critical and major event ID's.

Check the LMS file on each component to know the range of message ids and message purposes.

Hi Kubug,

I know about LMS file, but I need recommended event id's which you think should configure for alarms.

Its like sharing your experience  ;)

So,just use the messages with appropriate log level to se what happening. You can easily remove alarms which will be not useful for you.
