Team,
Initially,We have made some test inbound calls without opening the CCPulse application . But after opening the CCPulse application, It shows as zero. Whether it is the usual behaviour for the CCPulse application ?. Kindly looking forward for your suggestions.

It should strongly depend on your statistic and CCPulse view configuration. In general,if there is no client asking for such statistics, the StatServer does not start start the measure at all on this field.

TIP:
If you are running your real-time reporting StatServer on a Windows OS, you might want to also install a version of CCPulse+ on the same box with the necessary Workspaces, set to auto-restart. It's a good way of ensuring stats are always being polled.
