Hello,
I am hoping it is possible to create an alarm in Genesys (v8.1) which would provide an alert if an application exceeded memory usage? we have had applications experiencing some type of memory leak where it remains at high memory usage (ie 4 GB) although continues to function as normal. Only a restart of the application clears the issue but we only find out it has occurred when other components generate connection failure alarms.
Have looked at management layer user guides, sci help file but cannot see anything out-of-the-box.
The closest seems to be host cpu/memory alarm.
thanks,

If this is for a client you may be better asking if they already have some type of SNMP monitoring like Argent etc. In our case we provide contact centre and monitoring as a service to clients so the hosts we manage have an SNMP client installed that talks to our own monitoring tools.
